Wouldn't it be nice if your coffee urn told YOU it needed to be refilled?
Our new high tech gadget does just that!
BrewAlert Monitoring System For Self-Service Coffee Bars
This brand new, high-tech, urn monitor sends a wireless signal to your kitchen staff before it goes empty.
The BrewAlert system will detect when only 3 cups remain, identify exactly which urn is low, and alert your help it needs to be refilled. Up to 6 different urns can be monitored simultaneously.
As staff attention to urn levels becomes unnecessary you achieve greater personnel efficiency.
Your customers will be happy and their opinion of your brand's competency will be solidified: “I’ve never found them to be out of coffee!”

BrewAlert consists of 2-6 plates that monitor coffee levels in each respective urn. When the coffee level goes down to the last 3 cups it triggers an “alert” light that is sent wirelessly to a receiving box located behind the counter. Staff members then know that a particular urn needs to be refilled. The light stays on until the full urn is placed back on its respective plate.
Each urn is color coded to its home plate. This color-coding, as seen in the right corner of each plate and on each urn, also helps the customer identify the variety of coffee offered.

As viewed in the photo above the “Dark Roast” light is off because the urn is full (or above a final 3 cup level). The other 3 alert lights are on because the other urns are being refilled.
When BrewAlert senses an urn getting low, three 16-oz cups remaining, a wireless signal is sent into the kitchen where staff can immediately start brewing that particular variety of coffee that's lit up on the receiver. They don't have to go out to the coffee bar to check which urn is almost out. The light remains on until the urn is refilled and placed back onto the plate.
